The current owner and CEO of the Indianapolis Colts is Carlie Irsay-Gordon.

She assumed the roles of principal owner and CEO in May 2025, following the death of her father, Jim Irsay. She represents a new generation of ownership alongside her sisters, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson, and has been noted for her active, hands-on leadership style, which includes monitoring sideline operations during games.
