How to enable auto mode in Antigravity CLI 1.3.5

Updated

In Antigravity CLI 1.3.5, Auto mode has been introduced as a specific execution mode that automatically approves file edits and safe commands while still prompting for irreversible actions.

You can enable Auto mode using any of the following methods:

  • At launch: Use the --mode flag in your terminal:

agy --mode=auto

  • During a session: Press Shift+Tab inside the prompt box to cycle through the available modes until you reach Auto mode.
  • Via settings: Open the settings editor by typing /config and selecting the Agent Mode option to set Auto mode as your default.

Important Notes:

  • Functionality: Auto mode approves file edits and safe commands without asking. Commands that would leave the terminal sandbox are automatically reviewed by a separate agent for safety.
  • Availability: This feature is currently available on Linux and macOS, with Windows support planned for a future update.
